Our Group Fitness sessions bring it all together for a hard-hitting outdoor workout that leaves you spent — and ready for the next one.
No two sessions are the same, so you’ll stay challenged, keep progressing, and never get bored. You’ll train alongside a supportive community that keeps you accountable and brings the energy.

Outdoor Personal Training
Want more 1:1 coaching and a program built around you?
Our Personal Training sessions are tailored to your goals — whether that’s weight loss, sport performance, strength, or simply feeling fitter and more confident.
Train outdoors in Sydney Park with smart programming and the right equipment to build strength, improve cardio, and boost functional fitness that carries into everyday life.
Sessions are appointment only and can be scheduled around our group training times — we’ll do our best to fit in with your availability.
Cost: $75 per hour
Running Group
Our Saturday Running Group is for anyone who wants to improve their running technique, train for an event, or simply build better running fitness.
All levels are welcome — from experienced runners to complete beginners who just want to challenge themselves in a supportive group setting.
Sessions include a mix of hills, short efforts, and longer intervals to build speed, endurance, and running efficiency. Expect it to be short, sharp, and effective.
When: Saturday 7:30am-8:15am
Cost: $15 per session
Boxing Technique
Our specialised Boxing Technique Class is for anyone who wants to learn proper fundamentals, improve their form, or build confidence with boxing — whether you’re brand new or looking to sharpen your skills.
All levels are welcome.
From experienced members wanting to refine technique and timing, to beginners who want a supportive, no-ego introduction — this class is designed to meet you where you’re at.
Sessions focus on stance, footwork, guard, and clean punching technique, then build into combinations and drills to improve speed, coordination and conditioning. Expect it to be focused, high-energy, and seriously satisfying.
When: Saturday 8:30am-9:15am
