Our group fitness class incorporates strength training, cardio fitness, running, HIIT, boxing and circuit training to provide you with hard-hitting workout that will leave you with nothing in the tank but craving to come back and wanting more!

We pride ourselves on never repeating the same session twice, so you know that each time you come you will always be presented with an original workout to ensure that you don't get bored.

Our clients LOVE training in the outdoors in a group environment, where everyone supports and encourages each other so you get the most out your sessions!

We provide 6-weekly fitness testing, initially to get a baseline measurement for you, then working together to establish a 6 week goal. This testing provides great motivation for our clients and also gives them quantitative evidence of their improvements!

GROUP FITNESS

  • Monday & Wednesday: Circuit, HIIT, and cardio session

  • Tuesday: Boxing fitness session (Beginner to advance)

  • Thursday: Weights session 

  • Saturday: Circuit, HIIT, and cardio session

PERSONAL TRAINING

We offer Personal Training sessions for those clients who desire more one-on-one coaching. We can work together to establish fitness goals whether its related to weight loss, sport or just general fitness - we can help!

Take advantage of our unique opportunity to utilise the outdoors to achieve your health and fitness goals, however we do utilise a range of fitness equipment to train strength, cardio and functional performance to help you do this.

​

Outdoor Personal Training is available through appointment only and can be organised around the hours of our group sessions but will do our best to accommodate your needs. 

​

Personal Training

RUNNING GROUP

We provide specialised a Running Group every Saturday morning for those who want to improve their running technique, who may be training for an event, or just looking to improve their running fitness. 

 

This is an extra service that we found our clients wanted and allows people with all levels of fitness to attend. From marathon runners to people who just want to challenge themselves - this group is great for everyone!

 

We utilise hills, short distances, and longer distance intervals in our running programs to improve how efficiently oxygen is used by the body during running. These sessions are short and intense but aim to improve your running speed and endurance.
