8 years ago, Sam was a regular boot camper herself, witnessing and experiencing the benefits that exercising outdoors could offer. It was through this that she developed a passion for fitness and wanted to help others be able to live their best life.

After completing her Certificates 3 and 4 in Fitness with the Australian Institute of Personal Training at the end of 2016, Sam brought to life her vision of Live, Eat, Train Outdoor Fitness. Starting with just one client, she has successfully grown her business and continues to meet the needs of the diverse Inner West community.
