Sam discovered the benefits of outdoor training as a regular bootcamp participant and fell in love with the impact it can have on confidence, health and lifestyle.
 

After completing Certificates III & IV in Fitness (AIPT) in 2016, Sam launched Live, Eat, Train Outdoor Fitness. What began with one client has grown into a supportive community serving Sydney’s Inner West — with sessions designed to be fun, welcoming and coached for all fitness levels.

Qualifications & Experience

Cert III & IV Fitness (AIPT) First Aid & CPR Certified AusActive Member Registered with the City of Sydney Council Code of Conduct Technical Lifting Course with AC&E Professional Development courses in: Training Older Adults, and Training clients with Upper and Lower Body Injuries Level 1 Punch Fit Trainer Science of Exercise - Coursera Qualified RAD Ballet Teacher Has trained with a Professional Boxer

My approach

Sam runs sessions that are welcoming, well-coached and adaptable for all fitness levels. No one is left guessing. Each workout is explained clearly, movements are demonstrated, and coaching is provided throughout, with options to scale exercises up or down depending on experience and energy levels. The focus is on helping people feel strong, capable and proud of what their bodies can do.

Live, Eat, Train keeps things friendly and fun — no ego and no intimidation — just consistent training, great coaching and a supportive community in the park.
